ArdhiHome is a property marketplace that connects property seekers with licensed agents and property owners in Kenya. We are a platform provider, not a real estate broker. We facilitate connections but do not directly participate in property transactions.

Listing Accuracy

Property listings on ArdhiHome are provided by agents and property owners. While we encourage accurate listings and verify agents, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Always conduct your own due diligence before making property decisions.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the platform for legitimate property searches only
• Respect the privacy of agents and other users
• Report suspicious listings or fraudulent activity

Agent Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date property information
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain valid licensing and registration
• Remove sold or unavailable listings promptly

Trust, Safety & Anti-Fraud Policy

ArdhiHome is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy property marketplace. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, listing removal, or referral to law enforcement:

• Posting fake, misleading, or duplicate property listings
• Using stolen or AI-generated photos to misrepresent properties
• Impersonating another agent, property owner, or official
• Advertising properties that have already been sold, rented, or withdrawn
• Manipulating pricing to mislead buyers or renters
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent listing limits or bans
• Submitting false or forged identity documents during verification

Reporting: Users can report suspicious listings directly from any property page. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24-48 hours. Reports made in bad faith may result in the reporter's account being restricted.

Enforcement: ArdhiHome reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, and deny future access without prior notice if fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected. Verified agents who violate these policies may have their verification status revoked.

Limitation of Liability

ArdhiHome is not responsible for disputes between users and agents, property conditions, transaction outcomes, or any losses resulting from using the platform. We recommend engaging qualified legal and financial professionals for property transactions.

Intellectual Property

All content on ArdhiHome, including logos, design, and features, is owned by ArdhiHome. Property images and descriptions are owned by respective agents and property owners.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
