- Identity Verification Documents: National ID (front and back), KRA PIN, and optionally EARB license certificate, submitted during the agent verification process
Identity Verification
To maintain trust and prevent impersonation on our platform, real estate agents are required to verify their identity by submitting:
- National ID: Front and back photos of a government-issued National ID card
- KRA PIN: Kenya Revenue Authority Personal Identification Number
- EARB Certificate: Estate Agents Registration Board license (optional but recommended)
These documents are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized ArdhiHome administrators during the verification review process. They are not shared with other users, third parties, or publicly displayed.
You may request deletion of your verification documents at any time by contacting support@ardhihome.com. Note that deleting verification documents may affect your verified agent status.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Enable property listings and media uploads
- Display listings to other users
- Connect you with verified property agents
- Personalize property recommendations based on your preferences
- Send you updates about properties you've shown interest in
- Improve app performance, reliability, and develop new features
