Built from 35 repurposed shipping containers fabricated in Nairobi and assembled in Kigali, with a reported ~50% cost saving against the original brick-and-mortar plan. Houses retail, restaurants, cafés and a radio studio, with affordable space for local entrepreneurs, especially women and youth.
